About Me

In 2019, I completed my MBA, then promptly left corporate life and moved to Paris to build something of my own. Let's be honest; I actually left to runaway from burnout, boredom, and being tired of corporate politics. I wanted to focus on the part of my work I found most interesting, at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and human behavior.
What started as brand strategy consulting quickly evolved to advisory services. Clients kept asking me for advice in addition to strategies, to help them think through decisions that went beyond messaging. I began to enjoy helping my clients in their leadership, operations, and major decisions more than I did any marketing work. So I decided to go with it.
WHAT I DO TODAY
I work with founders and senior leaders in three interconnected ways:
Executive Coaching: One-to-one coaching for leaders who want to make better decisions, lead with more integrity, and close the gap between who they intend to be and how they actually show up.
Strategic Advisory: Fractional CMO and brand positioning work for companies navigating growth, repositioning, or increased visibility. I help leadership teams get aligned on what they stand for and how to communicate it.
Thought Leadership & Ghostwriting: For executives who have something real to say and need a partner to help them say it. I write and shape long-form books and content that builds authority without sacrificing voice.
The thread connecting all three: I help people get clear, then help them communicate that clarity to their teams, their markets, and themselves.
A LITTLE MORE
I split my time between Paris and Los Angeles, which means I work with clients across the US and Europe. I'm drawn to leaders who take their work seriously but haven't lost their sense of humor about it. I believe that good leadership and good business are more compatible than most organizations tend to behave, and that the cost of bad leadership is vastly underestimated.
